Frequently asked questions.

Quick answers about policy verification, certificates and insurance records.

How do I verify a policy?

Open the policy verification page and enter the code supplied by your broker. The result reflects the current record in this website.

What does “Insured” mean?

It means the recorded policy is marked active and the effective and expiry dates indicate that it is currently in force according to this system. For formal confirmation, check the policy documents or contact the insurer or broker.

Why can't I download a certificate?

Certificate issuance must be enabled by an administrator, and the policy must be active and within its effective dates. Contact the broker if you believe the record needs review.

Can I change my policy details here?

Public verification is read-only. Contact the broker to request a correction or policy change. Changes are subject to the insurer's rules and approval.

What if my policy code is not found?

Check for typing errors and confirm that you have the correct code. If the issue continues, contact the broker using the official contact information shown on this website.

Does a certificate replace my policy wording?

No. A certificate is a summary of recorded information and does not replace the policy wording, schedule, endorsements or other documents issued by the insurer.
